The accommodation is clean and simple.
Single beds in a twin share room with shower and toilet. Please note single rooms may be requested but are not guaranteed. Also while twin share is the norm it is possible some rooms may be triple share.
The mattresses/beds in the ashram are quite hard. You may wish to bring a foam underlay to make it softer.
The floors are concrete, so you may wish to bring indoor slippers.

Due to Covid-19 considerations, it would be optimal if you know who you wish to share with. You can nominate this on your booking. Please ensure you have confirmed with the person you are nominating to share with.
Please bring a mask and RAT in case of signs of ill health. If you have any signs of illness please be considerate of the wellbeing of others and self manage.

Pick Up: Overnight accommodation in Chennai at a 5-star hotel for the night of 17th February with airport transfer to hotel and breakfast. Includes a meditation prior to bus transfer from the hotel to the Ashram on 18th February escorted by Ganga. Should you be arranging your own transport to Peedam, please advise Adi Dass on retreats@shaktidurga.com
The retreat ends on 25th February at the Peedam Ashram. Participants are required to organise their own travel arrangement from the Ashram to their point of departure eg Chennai Airport. Cars can be booked at the Ashram.
